For aged care facility residents, attending a community based dance class may not be an option. Perhaps we can bring the dance to you? All that is required is a decent sized, climate controlled room and some sturdy, firm cushioned chairs. I will bring the music and moves!

Dance choreography will be tailored to the abilities of the participants and can be all seated, or a combination of seated and standing behind the chairs for balance support. Residents may also like to have input into the music chosen for the dance choreography.
